We are aware of the fact that our children do not know to keep their toys, clothes and the Name Necklace you bought them as gifts.

We, adults, also tend to sometimes bend, break or harm our precious jewelry.

Name Necklace for You offers you insurance for 12 months at the cost of $8.95!!!

The 12 months warranty starting from the purchase date.

How does the warranty work?

If, for any reason, the jewelry you have purchased was bent, broken or scratched, all you have to do is the following 2 simple steps:

1. Send us the product.

2. Mail us to Customer@namenecklace4u.com the insurance number you have received.

We will send you a new Name Necklace within 3 work days from the moment we receive the name necklace.

An important note! If you send us the product, you will receive a new product, and not a renewed one!!!
